About the role

We’re looking for a technical-savvy professional who is keen to join a fast-growing company. Full training will be given to the successful candidate, but we are looking for a professional who has experience in a technical role and can troubleshoot IT issues.

In short, you’ll be entering food and drinks menus into our software, installing them onto our EPOS systems and installing them on site, so a driving license is needed.

A good customer service attitude is essential as customers may ring up / email in support queries, such as the EPOS system isn’t working, and you would be responsible to troubleshoot the issue and diagnose and fix the issue.

We take pride in our support, so we are looking for someone that takes pride in their work and are willing to go above and beyond for our customers.

We’re a fun, welcoming company who’ll supply you with all the training you need to be able to give you the confidence in your responsibilities.

This is an office-based role located in Kidderminster. We have a rota for out-of-hours support, until 9pm, however calls after five or the weekend are very rare and normally it’s a message to let our customers know we will look at it during core hours Monday – Friday 9-5.
