Support Packages

We offer full support between 9am - 9pm Monday - Friday. We also offer additional emergency support 5pm - 9pm Monday - Friday, which includes:

  • Unable to take online orders
  • EPOS system isn't working
  • Printer or cash drawer failure
  • Critical to operation failures

However, we understand technical difficulties always seem to occur at the most inconvient of times. Becuase of this we also offer further support, including weekend support should you feel like your business needs it, within our Critical Support Package.
